It is important to condition your body appropriately for the sport you are playing, this applies to everyone from elite athletes to the weekend warrior, and even children. If your body is underprepared or not equipped at handling the stress that you place on it, it will succumb to injury.
In sports podiatry, we assess your biomechanics in walking, running and sport specific movements to identify issues which may have caused injury or to prevent future injuries. We aim to enhance your sporting ability and performance, as well as reduce your risk of injury.
