It is important to condition your body appropriately for the activity you are doing. This applies to everyone from athletes to the weekend warrior, and children. If your body is underprepared or not equipped at handling the stress that you place on it, it will succumb to injury.
We assess your biomechanics in walking, running and sport specific movements to identify issues which may have caused injury or to reduce the risk of future injury. We aim to enhance your sporting ability and performance, as well as reduce your risk of injury.
